Wheat baking flour

The premium grade flour is made from finely ground endosperm, it has highly dispersed structure, completely cleaned of grain shells. It stands out for its nutritional qualities, white color, used for the production of bread and pastry.

Nutritional value per 100 g:
Protein - 10.5 g,
Fat - 1.1 g,
Carbohydrates - 70.7 g.

The shelf life is 12 months at an ambient temperature not exceeding 25° C and relative air humidity not exceeding 70%.

If the shelf life is more than 6 months, fat acidity value should exceed 80 mg KOH/g of fat.

The first grade flour is soft to the touch, the particles are larger than in the premium grade flour, it has white color with a slight yellow tinge, it is used for making bulky bread and bread products.

Carbohydrates - 69 g.

The second grade flour has darker color comparing to premium and first grade flour, it ranges from light with a yellow tinge to darker with a grayish tinge. It is reach in proteins, vitamins, minerals and fiber comparing to the flour of higher grades and used for pastry such as waffles, gingerbread, dried breadcrumbs.

Delivery terms

Wheat flour is packed in 50 kg polypropylene bags.

The delivery is done by trucks, railway or sea transport on the terms EXW, FCA, CPT, DAP, FOB (Incoterms 2020)
